      Description

Unlike the factory installed gears, the 5.13 gears have a much steeper ratio making them perfect for the avid offroader. Additionally, they can be used both on and offroad.

      Re-Gearing Benefits. Wheel swaps must be accompanied by a change in gear formation so that you can experience the full benefits of fitting bigger tires. Motive gears have a good reputation in gear quietness since the pinion ring and gear fit well onto the shim and this reduces gear whines.

      Sturdy Construction. This ring and pinion gear is CNC machined and crafted from a triple alloy steel that guarantees long life. Besides, the structural steel fabrication is environmentally friendly and can be handle the tough conditions.

      Expert Installation. Installation of the 5.13 gears ring and pinion kit to the crush sleeve is a tough one and requires the professional assistance and it would take about 6 hours to do it.

      Warranty. Motive gear has backed their construction of the 4.88 gear ring and pinion kit with a 12-month/50000 mile warranty on against structural and manufacturing defects from the purchase date of purchase.

      Application. The 5.13 Motive Dana 30 Front Ring Gear and Pinion Kit is designed as a fitment for all 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ models.

      Application Note. These Dana 4.88 gears require the use of a 3.73 carrier or higher differential carrier break.
