OVERVIEW
The Maximus-3 Towing Adapters offer a solution for your Blue Ox Tow Bar to work in conjunction with our Recovery Loops. The Towing Tie Rod provides a 3rd triangulated component, which prevents the tow-bar arms from spreading outwards in the event of surge break delay or malfunction. This Tie Rod will keep your towing load forces straight into the setup to prevent any side stress loads especially during braking and hard turns. The Maximus-3 Quick Disconnect System is a quick and easy way to remove your Maximus-3 Tie Rod from your adapters, so you can easily connect to your tow bar. The system allows you to remove one end of your tie rod and fold it up with your tow bar or remove both ends for complete removal.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE FLAT TOWING YOUR JEEP BEHIND A MOTORHOME OR RV THE TOWING TIE ROD IS MANDATORY FOR SAFETY
