Description
Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter. The Magnaflow Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter; HM Grade; Passenger Side is engineered to replace your vehicle’s original catalytic converter seamlessly. It effectively reduces harmful emissions while maintaining engine performance, ensuring compliance with Federal EPA standards. This component helps keep the check engine light off and preserves fuel efficiency.
Construction and Appearance. Made from highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this catalytic converter includes mandrel-bent tubing to optimize exhaust flow. It features durable 308 stainless steel MIG welds and a ceramic substrate core, with a stainless finish that resists rust and deformation under high temperatures. The single laser fusion weld minimizes leaks and enhances durability.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no cutting, welding, or drilling when using appropriate tools. The product includes two flat ring gaskets to facilitate installation.
Application and Fitment. Designed to fit 2007 through 2017 Toyota Tundra and Sequoia models equipped with 4.6L or 5.7L V8 engines. Note that this catalytic converter is not legal for sale or installation in California, Colorado, or New York due to state-specific emissions regulations.
