      Description

It integrates catalytic converters optimized for high flow, promoting improved exhaust flow and engine performance while complying with emissions expectations in non-forced induction setups.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable 304 stainless steel, this y-pipe features mandrel bent 16 gauge tubing for smooth exhaust flow and a corrosion-resistant finish. The inclusion of Kooks 300 cell standard race high flow catalytic converters ensures balance between performance and emissions compliance. The Torca swivel seal style connection enhances sealing reliability and ease of assembly.

      Installation. Installation of the y-pipe requires moderate automotive skills and familiarity with LS swaps; no drilling is required as it is designed to fit with specific Kooks headers and exhaust components. Proper alignment is necessary to accommodate suspension lift recommendations and engine mount requirements.

      Warranty. This product includes a warranty as outlined by the manufacturer’s policy, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

      Application. Specifically engineered for 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK 4-Door models equipped with an LS engine swap using the RPM Extreme or similar kit. Requires compatible engine mount plates and hydraulic mounts. A suspension lift of at least 2-1/2 inches is recommended for optimal fitment.
