By upgrading both the Big 3 and additional power and ground connections, the Big 7 Battery Cable Upgrade Kit reduces voltage drop and supports higher electrical demands. This upgrade is essential for vehicles running accessories such as winches, auxiliary lighting, or high-output charging systems.

      Construction and Appearance. This kit is constructed using 1/0 gauge SAE-approved pure copper cable with fine-strand wire for maximum conductivity and flexibility. It features solid copper crimped cable ends, military-style corrosion-resistant battery terminals, and marine-grade heat shrink with an environmental seal. All heat shrink material meets MIL-I-23053/4 standards for durability in extreme underhood conditions.

      Installation. Installation is considered hard and recommended for experienced installers or professional technicians. Drilling is not required, and all cables are pre-labeled to simplify routing and connection during installation.

      Warranty. The Big 7 Battery Cable Kit is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
