Description
Ideal Torx Wrench Kit for Easy Hard Top Removal. Unlike standard flat or Philips head screws, Torx screws are less prone to stripping, enabling them to withstand greater torquing forces. While this factor makes these types of screws ideal for securing your Wrangler’s hard top, it also makes them harder to remove without the proper tools. This Recovery Torx Tool Kit is designed to enable you to quickly — and safely — disengage these screws, so you can easily remove your hard top when you’re in the mood for some open-air driving.
Everything You Need. This Torx tool kit comes with nine Torx bits from T-15 to T-55 sizes, including a tamper-proof T-55 version, pretty much covering all your Torx bit needs. Additionally, a ratchet wrench is included for total ease of use of these bits. A 3/8-inch to 1/4-inch adapter socket is also included permitting you to use the ratchet with similarly sized accessories. And to keep everything organized, this kit includes a durable zippered storage case.
Durable Build Quality. This Torx tool kit’s included Torx bits, ratchet, and 3/8-inch to 1/4-inch adapter is made from high-quality chrome vanadium steel, making them extremely durable. Furthermore, these components are machine-formed to exact specifications for an accurate fit when used. Meanwhile, the included storage case is expertly sewn from tear-resistant fabric. Finally, these components are polished to a near mirror finish to inhibit dirt and debris from adhering to their surface.
