What’s more, these emblem letter overlays durable construction and striking style effectively conceal any scratches your emblem letters might have.
Durable Build Quality. These fender emblem letter overlays feature a unique multi-layer construction composed of a high-grade UV-treated clear top resin. This top layer gives these emblem letter overlays their distinct “3D” look and keeps the graphic protected from damage. Its middle graphic layer, on the other hand, is crafted from premium vinyl sheets printed with the American flag graphic in black and silver. Rounding out its construction is a bottom 3M adhesive film layer that facilitates easy installation while also protecting the vinyl graphic layer from moisture condensation.
Light Install Procedure. These overlays' 3M automotive-grade adhesive bottom layer makes installation a light peel-and-stick process that does not require any tools. However, it is suggested that you clean the mounting surfaces before wiping them down with a clean rag moistened with alcohol. This is to encourage maximum bonding of the adhesive to your Jeep. It is also suggested that you heat up the mounting surfaces with a heat gun or hair dryer when installing these in cold weather. This is because the adhesive is more effective on warm surfaces.
