It protects exhaust components and surrounding parts from damaging high temperatures, enhancing both performance and longevity.

Construction and Appearance. This exhaust wrap features a dual-layer design composed of a hi-temp glass fiber inner layer covered by a durable 304 grade stainless steel exoskeleton. The tan finish offers a rugged appearance, while Air Gap Technology creates an insulating barrier that prevents direct contact between the wrap and hot surfaces, improving heat resistance and protecting the exhaust system from abrasion and impact.

Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling. The stainless steel exoskeleton securely locks when overlapped to ensure a tight fit. Its 1.5-inch width simplifies wrapping headers and pipes, even in tight or challenging spaces.

Application. This wrap fits universal exhaust systems, although some adaptation may be necessary to accommodate different setups. Wrapping catalytic converters and titanium exhaust systems is not recommended due to heat retention and overheating risks.
