The 2-Inch Receiver Hitch SecureLatch Pintle Hook; 14,000 lb. makes towing safer and simpler with its innovative auto-locking feature that secures the primary latch automatically. It is designed to couple quickly and securely to lunette rings, making it an essential component for heavy-duty trailer towing.
Construction and Appearance. Made from cast iron that has been austempered for superior strength and resistance to wear, this pintle hook features a battleship grey teridium powder coat finish that offers excellent durability in harsh environments. It includes bright gold zinc-plated hardware to ensure long-lasting corrosion resistance.
Installation. This pintle hook installs directly into any industry-standard 2-inch by 2-inch receiver tube and requires no drilling or complex modifications, providing a straightforward and reliable attachment.
Warranty. The product comes with a limited lifetime warranty covering one year on finish and parts.
Application. Fits universally with some adaptation, compatible with lunette rings sized 2-1/2 inches or 3 inches inside diameter and requiring a 2" x 2" receiver tube.
