    Uncomplicated Install Procedure. This third brake light guard is designed for an uncomplicated peel-and-stick installation courtesy of preinstalled 3M automotive-grade double-sided tape. Before installation, it is a good idea to clean the brake light’s mounting surface before wiping it down with a clean rag moistened with alcohol. This is to provide maximum bonding of the tape with your Jeep. Additionally, when installing this guard during the winter months, it is suggested you first warm up the mounting surfaces to also encourage proper adhesion of the tape to your vehicle. This can be accomplished with a heat gun or hairdryer.
