Jeep Gladiator Headers

There's real power sitting in the Gladiator's 3.6L that the factory exhaust manifold is actively holding back, and that's not a subjective observation. Jeep Gladiator Headers open that restriction up, and the improvement shows up in throttle response noticeably before the dyno numbers are even in the picture.

Long-tube headers get more out of the Pentastar than shorties do, but they also require either a tune or an O2 spacer to manage the downstream sensor placement, which adds a step to the project. Shorty headers are a simpler swap with less to manage around emissions compliance, which makes them the more practical choice for builds that need to stay inspection-ready.

Jeep Gladiator Headers are the starting point of an exhaust build, and everything downstream connects from there. The full exhaust category covering mufflers, tips, and individual components is at Jeep Gladiator Exhaust, and complete cat-back and header-back systems are at Jeep Gladiator ExhaustJeep Gladiator Exhaust Systems. Generation-specific header options for the current production run are at 2020-2026 Jeep Gladiator Headers.
