Description

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics V.S. 2.5 Series Rear Remote Reservoir Shocks with CDCV for 3 to 3.50-Inch Lift deliver superior off-road performance while maintaining excellent ride quality on the street. These shocks utilize vehicle-specific valving and adjustable compression damping to optimize suspension control and prevent harsh bottoming during high velocity compression. Designed for trucks with rear lifts of 3 to 3.5 inches, they are ideal for drivers seeking enhanced durability and ride performance.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from aircraft-grade 6061 billet aluminum, these shocks feature a hard anodized, impact extruded aluminum cylinder that offers exceptional corrosion resistance and a consistent finish. The shocks utilize high-quality nitrogen-charged monotube technology with a remote reservoir for improved heat dissipation. Chrome plated induction hardened shock shafts and PTFE lined spherical bearings ensure long-lasting performance and reduced wear.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with all application-specific mounting hardware included. Typically, no drilling is required, making the upgrade suitable for professional and experienced do-it-yourself installers.
