    A Tough Alternative to OEM. The G2 35 Spline Dana 44 USA Chromoloy Front Axle Shaft - Passenger Side is the axle shaft your Jeep needs to stay competitive on the trails. The front axle shaft is manufactured in the USA to ensure quality built parts for your Jeep Rubicon.

    Durable Construction. The axle shaft is constructed from high grade 4340 chromoly and heat treated with advanced computer controlled methods. These axle shafts yield a 25% deeper surface penetration over OEM. Advanced treatment methods allow the axle shafts to withstand increased load that comes from larger tires and low gear ratios.

    Protected With Gold Zinc. Gold zinc plating gives this part a premium look and aids in its corrosion resistant properties. The axle sports the durable U-joint design to guarantee a long maintenance free service life and is ideal for open knuckle application. The Dana 44 axles are built with a larger yoke that accepts the 1350–style U–joint found standard in your Rubicon model.

    Shaft Design. These shafts are tapered to maximize torsional strength and reduce stress risers, increasing the longevity of your front axle. The chromoly front axle shafts come fully assembled with Dana Spicer U–joints and full circle clips.

    Installation. Installation of the G2 35 Spline Dana 44 should take approximately 2 hours. This job should only require the use of simple hand tools.

    Lifetime Warranty. These G2 axles come with a lifetime structural warranty and a 90-day finish warranty.
