It features dual telescoping flag poles designed to securely fly two full 3 foot by 5 foot flags and is rated for highway speeds up to 160 miles per hour.The Double M1 Freedom Flyer uses a patented ratchet buckle and belt mounting system that installs quickly with no tools required. It mounts directly to the spare tire without interfering with tailgate operation and fits tire sizes ranging from 31.5 inches to 40 inches.
