Description

The Flowmaster Super 40 Series Offset/Center Oval Muffler with 2.25-inch inlet and outlet is engineered to deliver an aggressive exhaust note ideal for high horsepower vehicles and forced induction applications. This muffler incorporates Race-proven Delta Flow technology, providing the deep, powerful sound characteristic of the Original 40 Series while enhancing performance and reducing interior resonance for both street and strip use.
_x000D_Construction and Appearance. Constructed from durable 16 gauge aluminized steel for enhanced corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability, this muffler is fully MIG welded for strength. It features a black high-temperature paint finish that resists heat discoloration and adds to its visual appeal under the vehicle.
_x000D_Installation. Installation is straightforward with slip-fit inlet and outlet connections designed for clamp-on or weld-on setups. While no drilling is required, some adaptation may be necessary to achieve a universal fit on specific vehicle applications.
