Made from durable 16-gauge aluminized steel, this muffler features a fully MIG-welded construction with a high-temperature black paint finish to resist corrosion and enhance its appearance. Installation. This muffler installs using slip-fit connections on both the inlet and outlet, with clamp-on or weld-on options available. Typically, no drilling is required; however, new hangers must be purchased separately for proper mounting.
