Description
High Performance Catalytic Converter. The Flowmaster 200 Series Catalytic Converter features a 2.25-inch inlet and outlet diameter and is designed to provide effective emissions control for racing applications and vintage vehicles without factory catalytic converters. It reduces harmful exhaust emissions while offering compatibility for custom exhaust setups, making it essential for competition and off-road use.
Construction and Appearance. This catalytic converter has a durable stainless steel spun body with a natural finish, housing a metallic 200 cell high flow substrate designed to withstand severe-duty and high temperature conditions. Its compact round shape ensures convenient installation in tight spaces.
Installation. Designed for straightforward slip-fit welding, installation is simple and does not require drilling. Mounting requires new hangers, which are not included.
Application. Fits universal applications with some adaptation required. This unit is not legal for on-highway use, including in California and other states following CARB regulations.
