Description
STRONGER WINCH CONNECTION. The FlatLink E Expert replaces traditional winch hooks with a robust shackle/D-ring mount designed to improve safety and reliability during vehicle recoveries. It folds compactly into the fairlead when not in use, optimizing space and providing a lower profile for enhanced approach angles. This design supports both synthetic and steel winch lines up to 3/8” in diameter, offering versatile use across different recovery scenarios.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Crafted from 6000 series billet aluminum, this component is precision machined and finished with a Military Specification hard anodized gray coating (Mil-A-8625 F Type III), ensuring durability and resistance to wear. The unit includes aerospace-grade titanium pin and snap ring hardware, and features EPDM rubber guards to protect alloy fairleads and eliminate rattling, guaranteeing both functional strength and aesthetic quality.
INSTALLATION. Designed for straightforward installation, the FlatLink E Expert requires no complex modifications or drilling, allowing it to be mounted quickly and securely. The assembly includes easily removable snap ring and titanium pin components to facilitate hassle-free setup and maintenance.
