Description
Six Inches of Lift. Off-roading can be rough for your Tundra's stock suspension, that's why you need a lift kit that was specifically designed to take on the great outdoors. Luckily, this Basic 6-inch Lift Kit from Fabtech has just what you need to help you drive over boulders, fallen logs, and other trail obstacles. With 6-inches of lift, this kit can accommodate tires up to 35 x 12.5 in size mounted on 18 or 20-inch wheels. This Fabtech 6-inch Basic Lift System features iron steering knuckles as well as steel lift blocks and strut spacers for extra strength. What’s more, the included Stealth Monotube Rear Shocks provide a comfortable ride, even when tested across rough terrain.
Stealth Monotube Shocks. The included Stealth Shock Absorbers have been specially designed to work in conjunction with the other components in the Kit, resulting in superior ride control. These Shocks feature a monotube construction and are built with a 46mm high-flow piston and vehicle-specific valving so you can enjoy a great ride with oversized tires. Each shock has a 50mm OD seamless steel body, with a free-floating piston that separates the nitrogen gas charge from the oil, which helps reduces shock fade in off-road conditions.
Iron Steering Knuckles. Fabtech includes a set of heavy duty replacement steering knuckles in their 6-inch Basic Lift Kit. These extended length steering knuckles are manufactured from ductile iron for superior strength. These knuckles have been designed to operate within the factory steering geometry.
Lift Blocks and Spacers. The included Strut Spacers and Rear Lift Blocks include in this Basic Lift Kit have been manufactured from high grade steel for superior strength and extra rigidity. The components are then completed in a durable black powder coat finish for long lasting corrosion resistance.
Welding Required. This is not a bolt-on kit. It should be noted that cutting, drilling and welding is required for installation. With all the necessary hardware included, this Lift kit can be installed in about 8 to 10 hours time. Professional installation is highly recommended.

Recommended Tire Sizes. This Kit is not for use with OEM wheels and tires, requires the use of 18-inch or larger wheels.
