The Extang Solid Fold Toolbox 2.0 is a hard folding tonneau cover designed to provide secure and weather-resistant coverage for truck beds while accommodating most 18 to 20-inch crossover toolboxes. It protects cargo from the elements while maintaining easy access to the toolbox, enhancing security and utility for pickup truck owners.

Construction and Appearance. This cover features rugged 1-inch thick EnduraShield TPO panels and a durable yet lightweight aircraft-grade aluminum frame finished in textured black EnduraCoat for a sleek, matte look. It incorporates patented L-Channel sealing technology along with hard polymer rubber corners, hinge cap seals, and snap-on triple-fin perimeter seals to ensure a tight, weather-resistant fit against toolboxes.

Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling, using intuitive Jaw-Grip front clamps and EZ-Lock rear clamps. The cover can be quickly installed or removed, providing convenience and full bed access when needed.

Warranty. This product includes a limited 3-year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, ensuring confidence in its quality and durability.
