      Construction and Appearance. This cylinder head is constructed from durable aluminum, providing a lightweight yet robust component. It features a modern combustion chamber design with back cut and swirl polished valves to optimize airflow. The head has a clean, unfinished bare aluminum appearance, ready for customization or coating.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward as a direct replacement for the factory cylinder head with no drilling required. It maintains stock valve angles, pushrod length, and valve cover bolt patterns to ensure compatibility with existing factory components and accessories.

      Application. Designed specifically to fit 1991-2006 4.0L Jeep Wrangler models YJ and TJ. Note this cylinder head uses 1991-2006 intake port locations and 1991-1998 exhaust port sizes and requires matching intake manifolds and exhaust manifolds or aftermarket headers for proper fitment. It is not compatible with 1999-2006 OEM exhaust manifolds.
