This LED pod features a rugged powder-coated aluminum housing for superior heat dissipation and durability, paired with a polycarbonate lens providing optical clarity and impact resistance. Internally, a copper-core circuit board bonded directly to high-intensity Osram Ostar Projection LEDs improves thermal efficiency, while the pin-fin heatsink offers passive cooling to maintain consistent high performance under demanding conditions.
