Construction and Appearance. Built with durable powder-coated aluminum housing and a polycarbonate lens, the pods use a copper-core circuit board bonded directly to high-intensity Osram Boost HX LED chips. The matte black finish incorporates rubber gaskets for environmental sealing and passive pin-fin heatsinks to efficiently dissipate heat, ensuring reliability and longevity.

Installation. Installation requires basic tooling and typically takes 30 to 60 minutes. The mounting system offers three adjustment points for height and an adjustable bracket for fine-tuning the pod’s angle, with no special drilling generally needed for compatible mounting locations.
