Vintage’s Reverse Idler Shaft is a crucial part of your transmission rebuild to restore smooth gear shifting.
Heavy-Duty Replacement. Vintage’s reverse idler shaft is an OE quality replacement part. It is constructed from heavy duty steel for guaranteed reliability and performance. Your stock hardware will be reused during the installation of this part.
Installation Recommendation. Unless you are experienced with rebuilding manual transmissions, it is recommended that the installation of this reverse idler shaft be done by a professional. Installation will require the removal of your Wrangler’s transmission. Special tools and a lift that professionals use make the installation go faster.
Vintage Warranty. This transmission reverse idler shaft is covered by Vintage’s 5 Year Limited Warranty. You are covered for defects in material or workmanship that might occur under normal use when installed as recommended. This warranty does not cover defects or damage from misuse, improper installation or accidents.
