- 3/4 inch thick D-ring tabs standard on every bumper and come fully welded front and back.
- Retains OEM parking sensors with included holes for factory parking sensor installation.
- Unless you choose powder coated option, product will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.
- Bumper made from 3/16 inch laser cut P&O steel with 1/4 inch thick mounting plates and winch plate.
- Bull bar tubing is .120 wall 1 3/4 inch diameter HREW tubing.
- Full-height bull bar will work with Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) only on TRD Pro grilles; bull bar will block TSS sensor on regular grilles.
- Mid-height bull bar works with TSS on all models.
- Works with TRD Pro skid plate and aftermarket skid plates.

Description
Built for Off-Road. The C4 Fabrication Overland Series Front Bumper features a 30-inch light bar cutout and is available with no bull bar, mid-height bull bar, or full-height bull bar with tube gussets. It provides superior clearance to improve approach angles, allows fitting of larger tires, and gives the vehicle an aggressive stance while enhancing off-road performance. Its winch-ready design and OEM parking sensor compatibility make it ideal for rugged overland use.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 3/16 inch laser-cut P&O steel with robust 1/4 inch thick mounting and winch plates, this bumper ensures strong durability. The bull bar is constructed from .120 wall, 1 3/4 inch diameter HREW tubing capable of withstanding harsh conditions. The raw finish requires painting or powder coating to prevent rust, allowing for customization while maintaining ruggedness.
Installation. Installation requires moderate skill and utilizes factory mounting points with no drilling necessary. It is recommended to test fit the bumper before painting to ensure proper alignment and fitment.
Application. Fits 2014 to 2021 Toyota Tundra. Compatibility with Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) depends on bull bar choice: the full-height bull bar works with TSS only on TRD Pro grilles, while the mid-height bull bar supports TSS on all models.
