The C4 Fabrication Overland Series Front Bumper with 40-Inch Single Row Light Bar Cutout and Mid-Height Bull Bar with Tube Gussets is engineered to provide superior off-road protection while maintaining essential vehicle functionalities. Designed for adventure enthusiasts, it offers mounting capacity for lighting and winches to enhance recovery capability and visibility in tough terrain.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 3/16 inch laser-cut pressure and oil-quenched steel, this bumper features 1/4 inch thick mounting and winch plates for increased strength. The mid-height bull bar is constructed from .120 wall high radius electric welded tubing for durability. It arrives as bare steel requiring finishing with paint or powder coating to prevent rust and achieve a custom aesthetic.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill involving cutting of plastic bumper panels under the headlight and trimming fender flares for a precise fit. Parking sensors must be oriented correctly to avoid malfunction. The bumper includes holes to reattach factory fender liners. TSS recalibration may be required after installation to maintain the full functionality of Toyota Safety Sense, parking sensors, and front-mounted camera.
