The C4 Fabrication Overland Series Front Bumper with 30-Inch Light Bar Cutout and Full-Height Bull Bar with Tube Gussets is engineered to enhance off-road capability and durability. It improves approach angles and clearance, allowing for larger tires and improved trail performance while blending rugged styling with functional features.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 3/16-inch laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4-inch thick mounting and winch plates, this bumper is built for strength and long-lasting durability. The bull bar tubing features a .120 wall thickness with a 1 3/4 inch diameter HREW construction. The product ships as bare steel and requires painting or powder coating to protect against rust.

Installation. Installation generally requires moderate mechanical skills and does not typically require drilling, as it uses existing mounting points. It is recommended to test fit the bumper before final painting or powder coating to ensure proper alignment and fitment.

Application. Designed specifically to fit 2014-2021 Toyota Tundra models. The full-height bull bar is compatible only with TRD Pro grilles since it blocks TSS sensors on other grille types, while the mid-height bull bar is compatible with TSS on all models.
