- Bumper is made from 3/16 inch laser cut P&O steel with 1/4 inch thick mounting plates and winch plate.
- Bull bar tubing is .120 wall 1 3/4 inch diameter HREW tubing.
- Full-height bull bar will work with Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) in TRD Pro grilles only. Bull bar will block the TSS sensor on regular grilles.
- Mid-height bull bar works with TSS on all models.

The C4 Fabrication Overland Series Front Bumper with 30-Inch Light Bar Cutout; Raw is designed to improve vehicle clearance and approach angles while enabling the installation of larger tires. Engineered for off-road enthusiasts, it enhances the rugged capability and stance of the truck, providing crucial recovery points and compatibility with winches and lighting accessories for serious trail use.
Construction and Appearance. This bumper is crafted from 3/16 inch laser-cut P&O steel with heavy-duty 1/4 inch thick mounting and winch plates, ensuring durability and strength. It features a raw steel finish that requires painting or powder coating to protect against rust unless powder coat is selected at purchase. The bull bar is made from .120 wall 1 3/4 inch diameter HREW tubing, offering robust protection and an aggressive look.
Installation. Installation uses a bolt-on design and is straightforward. Test fitting before final coating is recommended to ensure precise alignment. It retains original equipment manufacturer parking sensors and integrates cleanly with both factory and aftermarket skid plates.
Application. Fits 22-26 Tundra. The full-height bull bar option is compatible only with TRD Pro grilles due to Toyota Safety Sense sensor placement, while the mid-height bull bar works with TSS on all models.
