- Comes with Front Skid Plate that replaces the factory plastic skid plate
- Bumper is made from 3/16 inch laser cut P&O steel with 1/4 inch thick mounting plates and 1/4 inch thick winch plate
- 3/4 inch thick D-ring tabs standard on every bumper and come fully welded front and back
- Bull bar tubing is .120 wall 1 3/4 inch and 1 1/2 inch diameter HREW tubing
- Weighs 160lbs (no bar), 168lbs (low bull bar), 174lbs (mid height with gussets)
- Requires painting or powder coating before installation to prevent rust unless powder coated option chosen
- Retains full functionality of Toyota Safety Sense, park sensors, and front mounted camera
- All bull bar options compatible with Toyota Safety Sense
- Low-height and mid-height bull bars are visible in front mounted camera but do not block full view
- TSS recalibration at Toyota dealership may be required after installation

Description
Premium Front Bumper. The C4 Fabrication Hybrid Series Front Bumper features a 40-inch single row light bar cutout and a versatile bull bar design with options including low and mid-height bars built with gussets. This bumper provides robust front-end protection while maintaining full compatibility with Toyota Safety Sense, park sensors, and front-mounted cameras. It is ideal for off-road enthusiasts seeking a durable and practical upgrade that integrates factory safety technologies. Its adaptable design supports a variety of winch sizes and lighting setups for enhanced utility.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from 3/16 inch laser-cut P&O steel, the bumper includes 1/4 inch thick mounting and winch plates for added strength. The bull bar is made with .120 wall 1 3/4 inch and 1 1/2 inch diameter HREW tubing, and the bumper has fully welded 3/4 inch thick D-ring tabs front and back for durability. The raw steel finish requires painting or powder coating before installation to prevent rust unless the powder coated option is selected, allowing you to customize the finish.
Installation. Installation requires trimming plastic bumper panels beneath the headlights and modifying the ends of the fender flares to accommodate the bumper while retaining the factory fender liners using included mounting holes. Proper sensor orientation is critical to maintain full functionality of the parking sensors. The vehicle should be level for optimal sensor performance, as excessive forward rake may cause intermittent sensor activation. Hardware mounts directly without the need for drilling, but moderate mechanical skill is recommended for a successful installation.
Application. This bumper is specifically designed to fit the 2022 through 2026 3rd generation Toyota Tundra models and is not compatible with earlier generations or other vehicles.
