Construction and Design. Built in America, this bumper is constructed using a 3/16-inch laser cut P&O steel center section paired with 3/8-inch-thick mounting plates for strength and frame integrity. A 1/4-inch winch mounting plate supports 8K to 12K winches with relocatable control boxes, while the full-height bull bar is formed from 1-3/4-inch diameter HREW tubing with a 0.120-inch wall thickness. Fully welded 3/4-inch-thick D-ring tabs and included tube gussets enhance recovery capability and structural rigidity. The bumper weighs 175 pounds when equipped with the bull bar and arrives in a raw metal finish that requires paint or powder coating prior to installation to prevent corrosion.

Installation. Installation is bolt-on and designed as a direct replacement using factory mounting locations. The bumper is compatible with the stock TRD Pro skid plate and is pre-drilled for two LP9 or LP6 auxiliary lights. Certain winch models with integrated control boxes may require trimming of grille support brackets, and the bumper is not compatible with fiberglass wide fenders.
