Description

Durable Off-Road Bumper. The C4 Fabrication Hybrid Front Bumper is designed specifically to fit 2014–2021 Toyota Tundra models equipped with fiberglass wide fenders. It enhances front-end protection, improves clearance and approach angles, and allows for larger tire fitment. This bumper supports winch installations and is compatible with a variety of lighting options, including 30-inch single-row light bars and LP9 or LP6 auxiliary lights mounted on top.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 3/16-inch laser-cut plate steel with 3/8-inch thick mounting plates and a 1/4-inch thick winch mounting plate, the bumper center is strong and durable. Tube portions use .120 wall, 1 3/4-inch diameter HREW tubing, and all bumpers include fully welded 3/4-inch thick D-ring tabs. The product is available in either raw steel or powder-coated finishes; if raw steel is chosen, painting or powder coating is necessary to prevent rust.

Installation. This bumper is engineered as a direct bolt-on fitment for trucks with fiberglass wide fenders, requiring no cutting or modifications. It is designed to mount securely using existing vehicle points, making installation straightforward for both DIY enthusiasts and professional installers.

Application and Compatibility. This bumper fits 2014–2021 Toyota Tundra models with fiberglass wide fenders and is offered in configurations for both parking sensor and non-parking sensor versions. Note that the full-height bull bar option is compatible only with Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) on TRD Pro grilles and will block TSS functionality on regular grilles. The mid-height bull bar option works with TSS on all models.
