The bull bar and gussets utilize 0.12-wall 1-3/4-inch diameter HREW tubing for strength and rigidity. At 175 pounds with the bull bar, the design is engineered for durability, winch compatibility, and seamless integration with TRD Pro and aftermarket skid plates.

Installation. This bumper is a direct bolt-on upgrade that comes ready for integration with 8K to 12K winches using relocatable control boxes, and includes pre-drilled mounting for auxiliary lighting. The adaptable design allows for easy installation with existing factory points, while select models with integrated winch control boxes may require minor trimming of the grille support brackets.
