Description

The Baer Pro Black Front Brake Kit is the perfect brake kit for this purpose. These brakes offer a more responsive feel, precise braking control, and an overall increase in stopping power. These brakes even offer an improvement in style via an eye-catching caliper design.
Heavy-Duty 2-Piece, 6-Piston Caliper Design. The Baer Pro Black Front Brake Kit uses a specially-designed brake caliper that dissipates heat better for superior braking performance. Each 2-piece caliper is CNC-machined from high-grade aluminum and uses 6 stainless steel pistons as well as noise suppression springs for relatively quiet braking. Additionally, these calipers are secured by 0.37-inch wide cross-bolts for added strength and feature DOT-spec dust and weather seals to keep brake fluid from leaking. Moreover, these calipers are finished in a classy black powder-coat finish with red lettering.
One-Piece, Cross-Drilled and Slotted Rotors With Curved Vanes. The Baer Pro Black Front Brake Kit’s brake rotors measure 13.50-inches in diameter and feature a one-piece cast construction from high-grade iron alloy. These rotors are then machined for a precise finish as well as to introduce highly effective slotting and cross-drilling. Besides being cross-drilled and slotted, these rotors also feature curved vanes that are designed to pull air more efficiently, helping to keep the rotors cool. Additionally, these rotors are zinc-plated for superior corrosion protection.
High Friction, Low Noise Brake Pads. The Baer Pro Black Front Brake Kit use high-performance brake pads that offer increased friction over your stock pads while remaining low noise. The pads use a specialized ceramic matrix compound that’s both high in friction, and extremely resistant to heat, adding to the pads’ durability. Additionally, noise is controlled thanks to built-in anti-noise shims that help prevent screeching.
Straightforward Bolt-On Installation. The Baer Pro Black Front Brake Kit is designed to bolt onto your Jeep’s factory front brake locations. Installation is pretty straightforward and does not require any modifications.
Essential Upgrade Kit for Your Front Brakes. The Baer Pro Black Front Brake Kit includes everything you need to upgrade from stock including a pair of calipers, brake pad sets, and 13.50-Inch wide rotors. This brake system will reuse your vehicle’s factory brake line but will come with replacement banjo bolts.
