Maximize Your BackRack. You can now safely haul longer cargo like longer ladders using your headache rack with the BackRack Rear Bar. Some types of cargo are simply too long to safely haul using just a headache rack. This rear bar is designed to work in conjunction with your BackRack Cab Guard or headache rack to safely position up to two ladders. This feature makes this rear bar an excellent alternative to more common 4-post racks. What’s more, this component allows you to maintain your truck’s original profile, which also makes this ideal for low-clearance garages.
Sturdy Build Quality. This rear bar is manufactured from high-grade square tubular steel measuring 2 inches x 2 inches. This component is then machine-formed to the exact width of your Tundra’s truck bed, ensuring a precise fit when installed. This assembly also includes a pair of plastic end caps for a clean, finished look. Finally, this bar is finished in a chip-resistant black powder coating for maximum corrosion protection and great looks.
Easy Installation. This truck bed rear bar is designed to install into your truck’s bed stake pockets at the tailgate position. No drilling or other modifications to your vehicle are necessary, although you may need to trim your plastic bed rail caps if so equipped. You will also need to assemble this component prior to installation. Once assembled, this component is just as easy to remove as it is to install for convenient storage when not in use.
