Set-Up Your Rack. Complete your BackRack set-up with the BackRack 31-Inch Toolbox No Drill Installation Hardware Kit. This hardware kit is designed to allow you to keep using your 31-inch truck bed toolbox along with your new Cab Guard or headache rack. More importantly, this kit includes base plates and rail mount brackets specifically designed to reinforce the sheet metal of your Tundra’s bed rails. This ensures your rack is completely secured and stable against your rails. Please note that this kit is not compatible with tonneau cover adapter brackets.
Durable Build Quality. This hardware kit is constructed from heavy-gauge plate steel, ensuring superior strength. Moreover, the kit’s brackets and base plate are machine-formed and expertly finished, offering a clean look. Also, the hardware included with this kit is made from corrosion-resistant yellow zinc-plated steel for durability. Finally, this kit receives a wear-resistant black powder coating for maximum protection against corrosion and a consistent look with the racks.
Practical Installation. This hardware kit installs onto your truck bed using factory locations. No drilling or other modifications to your bed rails are necessary, although you may have to trim a portion out of your plastic bed rail caps to expose the stake pockets if so equipped. Apart from this potential step, installation is a fairly practical process that requires minimal hand tools to complete.
