Keep Your Toolbox Working. If your Tundra is equipped with a 21-inch truck bed toolbox, you need this BackRack 21-Inch Toolbox No Drill Installation Hardware Kit. This kit is designed to allow you to install a BackRack headache rack Cab Guard while still maintaining the use of your 21-inch truck bed toolbox. What’s more, the base plates and mounting brackets included with this kit are designed to strengthen your bed rail’s sheet metal for maximum rack performance. Please note that this kit is not compatible with tonneau cover adapter brackets.
Brawny Build Quality. This hardware kit’s included brackets are machine-formed from high-grade plate steel, offering exceptional strength and an accurate fit when installed. These components are then hand-finished to provide a clean look that also works to maximize contact with the finish. The included mounting hardware, on the other hand, is made from yellow zinc-plated steel for toughness. Finally, this kit is finished with a chip-resistant black powder coating, offering a unified look with the rack while protecting against rust.
No Frills Installation. This hardware kit is designed to install into preexisting locations on your bed rails without the need for modifications or extra drilling. However, if your bed rails feature plastic caps, you will need to cut out a portion to expose the stake pockets. Moreover, installation requires just minimal hand tools to complete.
