Engine Protection Upgrade. The Artec Industries Vented Front Inner Fenders for Falcon Shocks provide enhanced engine compartment protection while allowing the use of larger tires. Designed to optimize articulation and tire clearance, these inner fenders shield critical components from dirt, debris, rock chips, and other common off-road hazards. Their laser-cut vented design maintains proper airflow to the engine bay, ensuring optimal ventilation for vehicles equipped with suspension lifts and Falcon shocks.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from lightweight 1/16" aluminum, these fenders feature precise CNC laser cutting and bending for an exact fit. The laser-cut vents eliminate the need for additional mesh, giving a clean and durable appearance. The unfinished aluminum surface is intended for custom finishing such as paint or powder coating, which is recommended for long-term corrosion protection while preserving the aluminum's natural rust resistance.
Installation. Installation uses factory subframe holes along with additional holes that must be drilled for mounting. The process is designed for ease of assembly, utilizing pressed PEM nuts to facilitate a hassle-free install without requiring specialized tools or referencing outside technical specifications.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 20-26 Jeep Gladiator JT.
