      Description

      Chassis Reinforcement for Heavy-Duty Use. These inner C-channel gussets reinforce the frame rails ahead of the cab, increasing torsional rigidity and preventing flex when running heavy roof racks or mounting winches. They tie the rail section together, reducing fatigue cracks and extending frame life under extreme off-road conditions.

      Rugged, OEM-Quality Fabrication. Cut from high-strength steel and powder-coated in textured black, the gussets resist impacts and corrosion. Pre-drilled holes align with factory access points, and included hardware places the gussets flush to the chassis, preserving ground clearance and mounting locations.

      Installation. Raise the body off the frame, align gussets inside the C-channel, insert and tighten supplied bolts to factory torque.

      Application. These Artec Industries Inner C Gussets fit 2020–2025 Jeep Gladiator JT Sport and Overland trim.
