The 1-Ton Drag Link Assembly with Flip Kit for 3.50+ Inch Lift; Polished Aluminum is a comprehensive steering system upgrade designed to enhance durability and performance on lifted Jeep Wrangler JK vehicles. It replaces factory components with stronger, high-quality materials to provide reliable steering control under demanding off-road conditions and heavy tire setups.

      Construction and Appearance. This kit features a forged SAE 1045 solid steel CNC-machined housing for dimensional precision and strength, paired with SAE 4140 hot forged chromoly ball studs heat treated for maximum durability. The black anodized aluminum adjusting sleeves and drag link rods provide corrosion resistance with an understated finish, complemented by E-coated tie rod and drag link ends. CR rubber accordion boots offer excellent protection and articulation.

      Installation. Installation requires precise alignment and, for flip kit configurations, drilling a 7/8 inch hole through the knuckle drag link mount. Comprehensive instructions are provided to assist with either standard or flip kit setups.

      Warranty. This steering kit is backed by a lifetime warranty that covers manufacturer defects, premature wear, or breakage for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle.
