Description
Elevate the Quality of Your Driving Music. Driving your Gladiator JT with its top down is really fun. However, this isn’t without its disadvantages. Arguably, the most notable disadvantage is the drowning out of your favorite music by the ambient noise. The Alpine 300W Powered Stereo System Upgrade changes all of this. This stereo system upgrade includes a subwoofer, a power amplifier, and a pair of tweeters that work together to produce 300 Watts of extremely detailed music. This full range of sound from chest-thumping bass to crystal-clear highs makes driving your Jeep with the top down so much more fun.
Full-Range Sound Even With the Top Down. The Alpine Powered Stereo System Upgrade divides the task of producing its 300-Watts of power between the amplifier and the subwoofer. The powered subwoofer uses a Class-D amplifier with a 120-Watt power output. This 120-Watt power output comes with a range of 0 to -20 Decibels depending on the main amplifier’s gain setting. Similarly, the power amplifier churns out 45 Watts of power running through 4 channels. Together with the included silk dome tweeters, this sound system is able to produce music that’s loud enough to cut through the ambient road noise when driving with the top down.
Completely Integrated System. The Alpine 300W Powered Stereo System Upgrade is designed as a complete system with 1 component fully complementing the other. The subwoofer and power amplifier come fully assembled for easy mounting. Additionally, the various included harnesses come with connectors that are designed to work with your Jeep’s factory connectors, making installation a plug-and-play process. This sound system also comes with a wired remote control that enables you to adjust the bass level from where you’re seated. Also, this powered stereo system will work with your stock radio, as well as most aftermarket radios.
Efficient Installation. The Alpine 300W Powered Stereo System Upgrade is designed to install really efficiently. This stereo system mounts underneath the passenger side seat. A hole needs to be created on the rubber grommet located on the body panel underneath the passenger seat to allow the power line to pass thru. Other than this extremely minor modification, installation is relatively simple. Additionally, all wiring and hardware are included for a hassle-free install.
