      Description

      Durable Battery Disconnect. The Allstar Performance Battery Disconnect Switch with Decal; Severe Duty; Double Pole is designed to safely interrupt electrical flow in automotive and racing applications. This switch allows quick disconnection of the battery or alternator circuit to prevent battery drain and enhance safety during vehicle maintenance or emergencies.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed for heavy-duty use, the switch is sealed to resist weather and internal corrosion. It features robust 1/2"-20 terminals rated for 300 amps continuous duty, complemented by 10-32 studs rated for 20 amps. The design includes an easy-to-read decal indicating the on/off switch position for clear operation.

      Installation. Installation requires mounting in a 3/4" diameter hole on a panel up to 1/4" thick. It can be installed with common hand tools; minimal drilling is necessary if mounting holes are not pre-existing.
