      Description

      Battery Disconnect Switch. The Allstar Performance Battery Disconnect with Decal Key Style provides a reliable way to quickly cut power to a vehicle’s electrical system for safety or theft prevention. Operated using a removable key, it is easy to disable the vehicle in emergencies or when unattended. This switch is ideal for street cars where security and emergency shutdown capability are important.

      Construction and Appearance. Built with durable materials for continuous duty at 160 amps, the switch features robust 3/8”-24 terminals compatible with ring battery cables. It mounts simply to a panel through a 3/4-inch hole and includes a clear on/off decal for easy identification. The rotary activation mechanism provides dependable, smooth operation.

      Installation. To install, mount the switch through a pre-drilled 3/4-inch panel hole and attach battery and alternator cables to the threaded terminals. Basic hand tools are typically sufficient, requiring no complex wiring or extensive modifications.
