      Description

Designed to safeguard internal components from wear caused by debris and metal particles, this cover is crucial for extending differential life and maintaining performance under tough conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from heavy-duty nodular iron, the cover features a smooth powder-coated black finish with machined cooling fins and recessed hardware for a streamlined look. A fully machined groove ensures a secure O-ring seal for a reliable, leak-free installation.

      Installation. Installation requires no drilling and uses the included hardware, fitting existing bolt patterns. This process demands minimal mechanical experience for proper fitting.

      Application. Engineered for 1997-2018 Jeep Wrangler TJ and JK models equipped with Dana 44 axles, the cover requires at least a 1.5-inch lift to provide adequate clearance during installation.
