      Description

With a mandrel-bent aluminum inlet tube, you’re guaranteed to get more air flowing into the engine. This boosts the torque and horsepower output of your truck. This cold air intake also helps improve engine efficiency and therefore helps give you more miles per gallon.

      No Need for After-Installation Tuning. This cold air intake is specifically tuned for your vehicle. However, you will benefit from a custom tune, especially if you have multiple upgrades installed. Custom tuning will help ensure that all upgrades will work perfectly and in sync.

      AEM Dryflow Non-Woven Synthetic Filter. For outstanding filtration, this cold air intake comes with AEM’s own Dryflow filter. It has a tapered cylinder design and features an oil-free, non-woven synthetic filter material that’s washable and reusable. Moreover, the filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before you need to clean it. These factors help drive down the cost in terms of maintenance and replacements.

      Mandrel-Bent 6061 Aluminum Inlet Pipe. AEM used 6061 aluminum for the inlet pipe of this cold air intake for maximum strength in a lightweight package. The pipe is CNC mandrel-bent to ensure the optimum flow of cool air and polished to a high shine to boost corrosion resistance. For even cooler air temperatures, this cold air intake also features a powder-coated heat shield that protects the filter.

      Straightforward Installation. This cold air intake is designed for a quick and easy installation using the enclosed hardware and TIG-welded brackets. The installation doesn’t require cutting, drilling, or welding, and will take about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

      Covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This AEM cold air intake comes with a limited lifetime warranty against construction and material defects. For questions and clarifications about the warranty coverage and policies, you may get in touch directly with customer service.

      Not CARB-Certified. This product is not CARB-certified. It’s not legal for sale or use in California and other states that enforce CARB emission standards.
