Extreme Duty Driveshaft. The Adams Driveshaft Extreme Duty Series OEM Flange Style Front 1350 CV Driveshaft with Solid U-Joints is engineered for heavy-duty use on Jeep JT Gladiator Rubicon, Overland, Sport, and Mojave models. It delivers superior strength and performance to withstand demanding offroad conditions and larger tires, protecting drivetrain components from damage and ensuring durability. This half round CV driveshaft is a reliable upgrade over the factory shaft, offering enhanced torque capacity and increased abrasion clearance.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 2 inch by 0.120 wall DOM tubing, this driveshaft provides double the strength of typical factory shafts. It features a long 1 1/2 inch full spline slip n stub and components forged by Adams Forged, complemented by premium Spicer and Neapco parts. The solid non-greasable U-joints stand among the strongest available. The entire shaft is finished in a gloss black paint for a durable, show-quality appearance.

Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required, thanks to the OEM style heavy-duty flange designed to fit the stock pinion flange. This driveshaft installs easily without disturbing the crush sleeve, making it suitable for experienced users comfortable with drivetrain upgrades. Note that measurements may be needed for coil overs, Rock Krawler lift kits over 4.5 inches, different transfer cases, or differentials.

Warranty. A lifetime warranty covers welds and tubing against torque breakage, while other components include a one-year warranty excluding wear items such as U-joints, CV kits, and slip n stub components. Regular maintenance like greasing wear items every three months or every three thousand miles is required. Failures caused by bad angles or improper maintenance are not covered by the warranty.

Application. This driveshaft fits 2020-2026 Jeep Gladiator JT Rubicon, Overland, Sport, and Mojave models. It supports lifts up to 6 inches and tires up to 42 inches tall but is not compatible with 392 models. Proper measurements are required for certain aftermarket setups including coil overs, Rock Krawler lifts over 4.5 inches, different transfer cases, or differentials.
