Extreme Duty Upgraded Driveshaft. The Adams Driveshaft Extreme Duty Series OEM Flange Style Front 1350 CV Driveshaft with Solid U-Joints is designed to provide enhanced durability and performance for off-road enthusiasts. It serves as a direct replacement for the front driveshaft on Jeep JT Gladiator Rubicon, Overland, Sport, and Mojave models, offering superior strength to handle larger tires and lifted suspension setups.

Construction and Appearance. Constructed from 2-inch by .120 wall DOM steel tubing, this driveshaft is twice as strong as factory units and is coated with a gloss black show-quality paint for a clean, professional look. It utilizes solid non-greasable U-joints with lifetime replacement if broken due to torque, and heavy-duty components sourced from Adams Forged, Spicer, and Neapco. The driveshaft features a long 1 1/2-inch full spline slip n stub and a robust OEM-style flange for secure and precise fitment.

Installation. Installation is straightforward with an OEM-style flange that fits the factory pinion flange, simplifying the process without disturbing the crush sleeve or requiring additional drilling. Fitment is intended for lifted suspensions up to 6 inches, but measurements are required if the vehicle has coil-over shocks, Rock Krawler lift kits higher than 4.5 inches, or different transfer case or differential setups to ensure proper angles and prevent binding.

Warranty. The driveshaft tube and welds carry a lifetime warranty against breakage due to torque, while all other components have a one-year warranty against defects except wear items. Wear items require regular greasing every three months or 3,000 miles to maintain warranty coverage.

Application. Designed to fit Jeep JT Gladiator Rubicon, Overland, Sport, and Mojave models. It is not suitable for 392 models or vehicles with aftermarket differentials that eliminate the front axle disconnect. The driveshaft supports tires up to 42 inches tall and lifts up to 6 inches.
