Description
Premium Design And Accessibility. The ZRoadz Overland Access Rack comes with 3 lightweight lifting side gates. It gives you enough room to store all your cargo without taking up unnecessary space in your bed. This rack system has a 400-Pound off-road capacity, an 800-Pound on-road capacity, and a 1500-Pound static load capacity. It gives you easy access from all sides, and it can be easily disassembled when you no longer use it.
Top-Quality Materials. This rack system is made from hybrid heavy gauge steel and aluminum. It’s a TIG-welded construction, which goes through a 3-step powder coating process, topped with a textured black finish. This rack system comes with 4 pod lights, a wiring harness with a fusible link, a relay, a toggle switch, and everything you need for the installation.
Bolt-On Installation. No drilling or cutting is necessary for this installation. However, if you decide to install the LED pod lights, you will need to do some wiring. The mounting hardware is included, but you will need basic tools. Everything is explained in the installation instructions.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. The ZRoadz Overland Access Rack comes with a limited lifetime product warranty from ZRoadz. This warranty protects you against manufacturer defects in materials and product quality for as long as you own it. You also get a 3-year warranty on the finish.
Application. The ZRoadz Overland Access Rack is made for 2020-2024 Jeep Gladiator Vehicles equipped with a trail rail system. It’s also compatible with most 2-Inch LED pod lights.
Installation Difficulty. Even though you won’t have to drill anything, installing this rack system is time-consuming, and it might be difficult for those with limited mechanical skills. Professional installation is highly recommended.
