The Vibrant Performance Vertical Flow Intercooler End Tank; 6-Inch x 22-Inch x 3-Inch is engineered to enhance intercooler efficiency by providing optimal airflow management. This component is used by fabricators and automotive enthusiasts to complete intercooler assemblies, ensuring improved charge air cooling performance. Its design simplifies the building process and helps achieve consistent, high-quality welds for durable installation.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 1/8” thick 5052 aluminum sheets, these end tank assemblies feature durable and lightweight materials favored in performance applications. The three-piece design allows for customization and easy integration with Vibrant intercooler cores. The aluminum surface is ready for finishing or further customization to match individual project requirements.

      Installation. Installation requires welding skills but poses minimal complexity for experienced fabricators. No additional drilling is necessary as the end tanks are designed to fit standard Vibrant intercooler cores and can be adapted to specific setups if needed.
