      Construction and Appearance. Made from CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum, these tie-down cleats feature a blue anodized finish that combines durability with an attractive appearance.       Installation. Installation is simple and requires no tools. The spring-loaded, twist-locking clamp securely fastens the cleats onto the OEM bed rails without needing drilling or permanent modifications.
