Description

Fuel Line Heat Shield. The Vapor Block Fuel Line Sleeve; 0.375-Inch x 36-Inch is designed to prevent vapor lock in fuel systems by minimizing heat exposure to fuel lines. It helps maintain cooler fuel temperatures, ensuring reliable starts and smooth idling in environments affected by heat.

Construction and Appearance. This sleeve is made of glass fiber and polyester laminated to an aluminum outer layer, providing durable and effective thermal insulation. The exterior has a reflective aluminum finish that resists heat transfer.

Installation. Installation is simple thanks to the split design with an adhesive flap, allowing it to be wrapped around existing lines without disconnection. No drilling or special tools are required, making it suitable for easy field application.
